Profile: Cui Jindu, male, Han nationality, a native of Wangdu, Hebei Province, was born in February 1955. Graduated from the Accounting Department of Tianjin Finance College in 1982. Earned an MBA degree from an on–the –job training program run by the Management Department of Nankai University. Joined the CPC in December 1984. Started working in 1972. He is now a Vice Mayor of Tianjn Municipality. He worked at the Tianjin Finance Bureau successively as a vice director, director of the its Budgetary Section, director of its Capital Administration Section. From 1993 to 1997 he worked at the Tianjn Finance Bureau successively as a deputy director, deputy director and concurrently a vice director of the Tianjin Local Taxation Bureau, deputy secretary of the CPC Organization, and from August 1997 director of Tianjin Finance Bureau (and Tianjin Local Taxation Bureau), Secretary of CPC Organization of Tianjin Finance Bureau. He became a Vice Mayor of Tianjin from September 2002.
